Mark Besch
Vice President of Clinical Operations

Mark Besch is the Vice President of Clinical Operations for
Aegis Therapies. His multiple roles with the company include
involvement with regulatory affairs, program development and
implementation, and manager of development and training.
For the past 21 years, Mr. Besch has specialized in geriatrics
in both home care and long-term care settings. He has extensive
experience with clinical program development and implementation,
most recently in the areas of falls and balance rehabilitation and
dementia management.
In previous employment with NovaCare, Inc., Mr. Besch held
positions in operations, clinical supervision and staff training
and development. His background in acute care hospitals also
includes clinical and operational management experience in acute
trauma, burns and intensive care units, and cardiac, orthopedic and
cardiopulmonary rehabilitation program settings.
Mr. Besch earned a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Certificate
in Physical Therapy from the University of Iowa.
