Donna Diedrich
Regional Director of Clinical Services
Donna has been with Aegis Therapies for more than 15 years,
where she’s held various positions including staff physical
therapist, director of physical therapy, rehab program manager and
district manager. Currently, she holds the position of regional
director of clinical services and oversees the development of
clinical rehab programs in her area. Donna is a graduate of Ithaca
College with a bachelor‘s degree in physical therapy. She brings
more than 29 years of experience in the physical therapy field, and
more than 20 years of concentrated efforts in geriatrics to the
Aegis organization. In 2009, she received a Doctorate in Physical
Therapy, and her Board Certification as a Geriatric Clinical
Specialist was re-certified in 2010.
What Donna loves most about working at Aegis is the variety of
her work duties, and the day to day interactions with her staff and
customers. She is a sought out speaker in her field, and has
presented on various, therapy-related topics at the national, state
and local levels. In 2006 she presented at the American Physical
Therapy Association - Combined Sections Meeting on Fall Prevention
for the Cognitively Impaired Client, and the 2009 American Physical
Therapy Association - Combined Sections Meeting in Las Vegas,
NV.
Donna explains that the keys to providing excellent health care
service are “Having high professional ethics to know and do the
right thing, and knowing how to obtain the most updated clinical
data available.” She takes great pride in believing that the
service she provides is of great value to the lives of others.
