Program and product feasibility studies
Aegis conducts feasibility studies to identify the resources needed to implement new programs, and assess the degree of fit with your overall service mix and mission. We also consider the impact of state and federal licensure and certification requirements, and project the financial impact to your company.
New program/service enhancement
Aegis will identify your physical facility requirements, train your staff, establish outcome measures for clinical effectiveness, coordinate for you with state licensing agencies and fiscal intermediaries, and develop policies and procedures that meet Medicare conditions of participation, JCAHO standards and CARF standards.
Operations maximization
Aegis will evaluate your staffing patterns and patient acuity levels, redesign your nursing care model, help with contract negotiations and/or third-party management companies, help you transition from third-party management to self-operation, recruit and screen key staff such as medical directors, program directors and nurse managers, and we will train your nurse managers.
