Matthew Shultz, PTA, MA, CSCS has been a Director of Rehabilitation for a year and a PTA by trade for four years. Before pursuing his PTA career, Matthew worked in the field of strength and conditioning, specializing in optimizing speed, agility, and power in athletes ranging from middle school to professional.
Kylie Aufderheide, PT, DPT is a Clinical Practice Specialist with Aegis Therapies. She is a Board‐Certified Neurologic Specialist in Physical Therapy through ABPTS. Mrs. Aufderheide is involved with direct patient care and clinical oversight within the skilled nursing, home health and outpatient settings within her area.
Mary Madison, MOT, OTR/L has been a Director of Rehabilitation for Aegis Therapies for over 17 years and an Occupational Therapist for over 27 years. During her time with Aegis, Mary has worked as a staff therapist and within leadership for several of the divisions of Aegis Therapies. Mary is currently a multi‐state director for the outpatient division.
Heather Burdick, PTA is the National Director of Home Services for Aegis Therapies. She has 24 years of experience as a PTA, mostly in the post‐acute setting, with 17 of those years in various home health roles with Aegis Therapies.
Trisha Howe is a Recruitment Manager and supports the outpatient business at Aegis. She previously worked for eight years as a Regional HR Director for skilled nursing leaders. She is passionate about supporting clinicians and managers in the continuum of care and has been in HR for 30 years.
Kay McCall has been the VP of Recruiting & Staffing with Aegis for over 15 years and has been in HR for 30 years.
