Chief Clinical and Innovation Officer

Dawn Greaves’ career boasts 41 years of experience as a Physical Therapist with a focus on geriatric care across the post-acute spectrum, including 15 years in home health. She joined Aegis Therapies in 2011 as Clinical Director for Home Health, later leading home health as the Vice President, before being promoted to her current role of Chief Clinical and Innovation Officer.

In her role, Ms. Greaves inspires change through a fresh perspective, pioneering inventive solutions company-wide. Her clinical leadership is focused on championing emerging solutions such as care extender models and empowering therapists to prioritize top-of-license care while delivering value-based care through personalized approaches.

Ms. Greaves holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from Indiana University and went on to receive her Post-Professional Doctorate from Des Moines University in 2010.
