Recent research shows that practicing and cultivating gratitude brings social and personal benefits to individuals. This 16-minute video will provide you with gratitude prompts for mindfulness and stress reduction through journaling. After completing this video, you may find this is a helpful activity to add to your daily routine to help bring you joy.
