Becky Smith Chief Compliance and Human Resources Officer

Rebecca “Becky” Smith brings over 30 years of healthcare experience to Aegis Therapies with a specialization in long-term care, home health and hospice.

Ms. Smith has enhanced the Compliance Role within Aegis Therapies and has successfully managed a Corporate Integrity Agreement in her previous roles. In addition to her experience, she holds a certification in Health Care Compliance. Additionally, Ms. Smith is responsible for leading the company’s human resource strategies for more than 4,000 employees nationwide. Before joining Aegis Therapies, she held positions in SNF operations and information technology.

Ms. Smith holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Arts Degree from Appalachian State University and has a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology.
