The mission statement refresh comes at an opportune time for Aegis Therapies, who is celebrating 20 years in business in 2019, and two and a half years of operating as an independent company. “The time was right to re-evaluate our mission statement as we celebrate the milestones of being in business for 20 years and operating as an independent company for over two years,” continued Schram.
Aegis Therapies’ new mission statement was introduced to employees via a message from Schram highlighting the culture Aegis seeks to foster, and noting the need to prioritize the Institute for Healthcare Improvement’s Triple Aim Framework. “Our new mission statement continues to support the need to meet the Triple Aim, to efficiently deliver better care and improve the person experience.”
