Wellness Wednesday – Balanced Body Fitness

EnerG Wellness Wednesday for July 29, is Balanced Body Fitness.

This program is used to help people thrive – not only with balance, but strength and flexibility as well. This 16-minute video will take you through six movements, starting in a seated position and moving to standing, that will help you move, stretch and relax.

Wellness Wednesday is a new, voluntary program for Aegis employees and any of our healthcare colleagues to take a few minutes to practice self-care during this busy time. Each activity is designed to take about 10 minutes or less and will walk you through an activity to support your overall wellness.
