Every October, we take a moment to recognize the profession of Physical Therapy and the incredible Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants who show up each and every day to ensure the people we serve receive the PT care they need.
While this year is no different in terms of our gratitude and celebration of PT month, it is unique timing as Oct. 2019 also marked the implementation of the largest reimbursement change our clinicians have experienced in 20 years. This is significant because our PTs and PTAs have, along with everyone else in our organization, taken on the task of learning, developing, teaching and adopting new systems, technologies and processes to ensure we are delivering on our commitment to the people we serve.
Thank you, Aegis PTs and PTAs for your hard work and dedication in treating the patients we serve to improve mobility, manage pain, recover from injury, prevent future injury and, most importantly, maintain or regain independence. The work you do truly supports Aegis’ mission to provide Health and Wellness Solutions for Life.
