Donna Diedrich VP Clinical Operations

Donna Diedrich has over 35 years of clinical experience, the majority of which has been in post-acute care. She has been with Aegis Therapies for over 25 years, with roles in both operations and clinical support.

As Vice President of Clinical Operations, Dr. Diedrich is active in supporting excellence through service delivery across the post-acute care environments. She is a board certified Geriatric Clinical Specialist through the APTA as well as a section member of the Academy of Geriatrics and Cardiopulmonary PT.

An established presenter at professional, national and state healthcare conferences, Dr. Diedrich educates on the role of rehab in avoidable rehospitalization, functional improvement and the impact of physical therapy in value-based care. She was a lead author for a 2013 Geri-Notes article: Care ReDesign: Planning for Rehab in a Bundled Model of Care World and works on collaborative program development for care across the post-acute care continuum.
