Jack Strother General Counsel

Jack Strother is General Counsel of Aegis Therapies. In this role, Mr. Strother oversees all legal affairs for the company.

Mr. Strother has over 25 years of legal experience, and he joined Aegis Therapies as General Counsel in 2019. He delivers business-focused advice and practical solutions that enhance Aegis Therapies’ ability to provide the best possible patient care.

Most recently, Mr. Strother served as General Counsel for a private equity group in the franchise industry. Prior to that, he served as a litigator representing a major insurance company and as a senior attorney for a publicly traded oil and gas company.

Mr. Strother is a West Point graduate and a former Airborne and Air Assault Field Artillery officer. He earned his law degree from Baylor University School of Law.
