Becky Olson, OTR/L, CLT is a Clinical Specialist for Aegis Therapies. She is a 1992 graduate of UND in Grand Forks, ND. Although she has experience in various settings, such as schools, psychiatric clinics, hospitals, outpatient clinics and skilled nursing, her passion is providing therapy in the long-term care setting. She has been a Director of Rehab in both MN and WI, starting with Aegis in 1996. She is currently a Master Clinician in Seating & Positioning and Continence Management. In addition, she is a trainer for the Mental Health Program, Dementia Program and Falls Management for the Cognitively Impaired.

Barbara A. White, MPT, received her master’s degree from Gannon University in 2001 and has been with Aegis Therapies since 2007. She is a Therapy Coordinator, Silver Clinical Leader, and Freedom Through Functionality and Geriatric Enhanced Modality Facility Champion. She serves as a Clinical Extender, mentoring clinicians in core programs, including Pain Management, Dementia, Falls and Balance, Complex Disease Management, Continence Management and Seating and Positioning. Her career has primarily been in geriatrics, but she also provides outpatient, home health and special needs pediatric care.
