Melissa Dieker, MOT, OTR/L, received a BS in Psychology from Kansas State University in 2004 and a master’s in occupational therapy from Rockhurst University in 2006, holding certifications in Lymphedema and LSVT BIG. With 13 years of clinical experience in skilled nursing facilities, she is a Platinum Level Clinical Leader with Aegis Therapies and Director of Rehab at New Mark Care Center in Kansas City, MO, where she leads the ongoing development of low-vision services.

Amy Rhodes, PTA, graduated from Michiana College in 2000 and joined Aegis Therapies to specialize in geriatrics. As Director of Rehabilitation, she serves as a mentor for new directors and has extensive experience in both single-site and multi-site care. Amy achieved a Master Clinician of Wound Care and assisted with clinical trainings within Aegis for wounds, urinary incontinence and dementia management. She is an integral leader of the IT and Net Health team.

Kristen Tisher, PT, DPT, earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from Elon University in 2015. In 2016, she began working as a PRN clinical therapist for Aegis Therapies. She moved to the Therapy Coordinator role and is now Director of Rehabilitation, overseeing 4 skilled nursing facilities, 1 CCRC and 3 EnerG contracts spanning northeast and central South Dakota. Kristen works in geriatrics with a particular interest in rehabilitating acute and progressive neurological conditions and focusing on expanding outpatient services after short-stay rehab to facilitate continuity of care.
