Bailee Gist, M.S. CCC-SLP, has experience across the lifespan in pediatric long-term care, outpatient, schools, acute care and skilled nursing facilities. Her special interests include dysphagia, accessible instrumental swallowing assessments, dementia and neurocognitive disorders. She has held various positions at Aegis Therapies, including speech-language pathologist, therapy coordinator, Director of Rehabilitation and her current role as Regional Clinical Director. Her passion lies in serving the long-term care population and ensuring that all individuals receive quality care that meets their specific needs. Allie Blain, M.S. CCC-SLP, is a graduate of Texas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders and a Master of Science in Communication Disorders/Speech-Language Pathology. Allie has a special interest in providing effective dysphagia treatment supplemented by interpreting Modified Barium Swallow Studies, providing socialization opportunities, comfort, and environmental changes to maximize independence with individuals with dementia, and facilitating opportunities for effective communication for individuals with Aphasia and voice impairment in Parkinson’s Disease. She is Ampcare ESP Certified and Parkinson Voice Project SPEAK OUT! Certified. Allie has worked as a Speech-Language Pathologist and Clinical Catalyst with Aegis Therapies and is dedicated to achieving superior patient outcomes in long-term care while providing above-satisfactory communication/collaboration to meet everyone’s needs and wants, especially those of the senior population in skilled nursing/rehab and long-term care facilities.
