Kevin Brogley OTD, OTR/L graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 1995. Since then, he has worked with Aegis Therapies as an occupational therapist in inpatient rehabilitation departments with a focus on the geriatric population in long‐term care settings. For eleven years, Kevin worked as a rehabilitation program coordinator, which required daily management of the rehabilitation department and providing treatment. In 2008, Kevin graduated from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions, earning his clinical doctorate in occupational therapy. In April 2011, Kevin was promoted to the role of Advanced Practice Specialist at Aegis, where is responsible for enhancing client outcomes through staff training and program development in areas of specialty practice, including bio‐physical agents, geriatric strength training, and cognitive disabilities on a national level. In addition, Kevin also provides general clinical support regionally to speech‐language pathologists, physical therapists and occupational therapists.
Jason (Jay) Buss, MS OTR/L, is a graduate of Misericordia University in Dallas, PA, where he earned his Master of Occupational Therapy with a clinical focus on geriatrics and psychology. Jason has over 12 years of experience in the delivery of skilled therapy services to the adult/geriatric population across a variety of settings. He has six years of experience in multi‐site clinical and operational management across multiple states, where he was responsible for clinical program enhancement and development, educational training, and operational growth. Jason joined Aegis Therapies in 2013 as a Clinical Specialist.
Beth Nowak, OTR, is a clinical specialist and rehabilitation program coordinator with Aegis Therapies. She has been with Aegis since 1999 and brings over 19 years experience, including 12 years in long-term care, to her patient care and facility management. Beth has provided training in the areas of urinary incontinence and assists with the development and implementation of UI programs in long-term care facilities. Beth has also presented on topics such as utilizing modalities to enhance treatment outcomes, wheelchair seating and positioning, and documentation skills following Medicare guidelines. She plays a role in developing OT student programs and frequently acts as a clinical supervisor for OT and COTA students. Beth is an active member of the American Occupational Therapy Association
and her state association as well.
Lindsey Norton, OTR/L has been an Occupational Therapist for 10 years. She is currently the State Director for Hawaii for Aegis Therapies and a Master Clinician in Orthopedics with a specialization in the Upper Extremities. She has instructed many courses for Aegis, including Orthopedics Management, Urinary Incontinence, Neurocognitive Disorders, Mental Health, and Complex Disease Management. She has also presented at AOTA regarding her work with Parkinson’s Disease.
