Jaclyn Warshauer, PT, CRC, is a certified coder and the National Director of Medical Review and Quality Services at Aegis Therapies. Her role involves monitoring and training therapists on regulatory affairs, Medicare coverage, coding and documentation requirements. Before joining Aegis Therapies, Jaclyn worked as a Medicare Medical Reviewer for nine years with National Government Services, a Medicare MAC. She has also served as a resource to CMS on subjects related to therapy services coverage and documentation. Jaclyn has conducted several national teleconferences and seminars on documentation guidelines and auditing for rehabilitation services. Mary Saylor-Mumau, MPT, RAC-CT, works as a Medical Review and Denials Manager at Aegis Therapies and also serves as an MDS Coding Consultant for Post-Acute Care Solutions (PACS) Consulting. She is a member of the Policy and Innovative Practice Committee within the Academy of Leadership and Innovation. Mary has held various clinical and managerial positions in multiple therapy settings throughout her therapy career. She has also been an adjunct instructor for a PTA program, performed workers’ compensation utilization reviews, and has been selected to present oral sessions at NARA, APTA’s CSM, the ASHA national, the AOTA national and state-level healthcare conferences.
