Sandy Clifton, VP, has almost 25 years of experience working in the post-acute care industry and currently serves as the Vice President of Post-Acute Care Solutions (PACS) Consulting. She joined Aegis Therapies’ predecessor in 1998 and climbed the leadership ladder, holding various positions such as Senior Operations Business Development Liaison, Division Vice President, and Vice President of Operations. In April 2021, Sandy became a part of PACS and was promoted to Vice President in May 2022. Sandy has been an essential part of Aegis Therapies since its inception and has received multiple awards for her clinical and operational excellence, including the company’s Chairman Award in 2003. She graduated as the First Honor Graduate from the Medical University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. Sandy, a tenured professional and clinician, is well-equipped to guide PACS clients through the rapidly changing reimbursement environment. Jessica Pranke is the National Director of Post-Acute Care Solutions (PACS) Consulting. She has 19 years of experience in rehabilitation therapy in various clinical and operational roles. Her education and diverse experience have helped her better understand reimbursement challenges and the intricacies of therapy program management. Jessica is also certified by AAPACN for RAC-CT and RAC-CTA. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to present at numerous conferences, including local district Florida Health Care Association (FHCA) district meetings, FHCA Annual conferences, Florida Leading Age Annual conferences, American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) conferences (both in-person and via webinar) and Florida Association Directors of Nursing (FADONA) conference.
