It is time to let go and have a good chuckle! This video at just under seven minutes will get your body and mind to let go as you laugh your way to wellness. Even “fake” laughter provides benefits to the body and mind, and after a few minutes you may find your “fake” laughter turning into something real!

Wellness Wednesday is a new, voluntary program for Aegis employees and any of our healthcare colleagues to take a few minutes to practice self-care during this busy time.
