The first day of the 2016 fall season has been designated as National Falls Prevention Day, and it represents the 9th annual focus to this important clinical area. In an effort to provide you with fall prevention strategies, muscle strengthening tips and to increase your overall safety related to fall risk, Aegis Therapies is pleased to share the following information.

Visit the National Council on Aging to access a list of 10 myths associated with falling and get the facts about preventing falls. https://www.ncoa.org/healthy-aging/falls-prevention/preventing-falls-tips-for-older-adults-and-caregivers/debunking-the-myths-of-older-adult-falls
